Every engagement starts with research — who your buyer is, what problem they're aware of, and what it takes to earn their attention before they know a solution exists.
Our Approach
Most creative fails before it's ever made. Not because the visuals were weak — because no one asked who they were talking to, what that person already believes, and why they haven't solved their problem yet. We start with research. Every hook, concept, and creative decision flows from what we learn about your buyer. Three defined checkpoints give you direct input at the moments that matter most.
The most common creative mistake is assuming your audience is solution-aware — that they already know a product like yours exists and just need a reason to pick you. Most buyers aren't there yet. They're problem-aware: they know something isn't working, but they haven't found the answer. That gap is where the best creative lives — and closing it requires understanding the buyer before touching a camera or a brief.
Stage 01
Unaware
Doesn't know they have a problem worth solving. Not your target at this stage — too much education required for direct response.
Stage 02 — Our Target
Problem-Aware
Knows something isn't working but hasn't found the right answer. Creative that names their frustration and speaks to their reality earns immediate attention.
Where we focusStage 03
Solution-Aware
Knows solutions exist and is actively comparing. Strong for retargeting and lower-funnel creative once the problem frame is established.
Consumer Sentiment Analysis
We scan reviews, Reddit, TikTok comments, and category forums to find the exact words buyers use when describing their problem — and build hooks directly from that language.
Competitive Creative Audit
We analyze what's running across competitors' paid social — what angles are saturated, what's resonating, and where the whitespace is for a differentiated creative approach.
Category Trend Mapping
We track what's performing in your category on Meta and TikTok — format trends, hook patterns, and creator styles — so the creative we produce is built for what's working now.
Persona Validation
Research-built personas are validated against your existing customer data and any first-party insight you share during onboarding before any creative brief is written.
Hook & Angle Frameworks
Every concept starts with a defined hook strategy — problem-first, social proof, transformation, or format-led — chosen based on what the research tells us will land with your specific buyer.
Creator-to-Persona Matching
UGC creators aren't just selected by niche or follower count — they're matched to the specific persona their content will speak to, so the delivery feels native, not assigned.

We begin with a structured onboarding call, then move into active research before writing a single brief. Consumer sentiment analysis, competitive creative audits, and persona mapping happen here. Everything we learn directly shapes hook angles, concept territories, creator selection criteria, and visual direction across all four workstreams.
Sweep handles all pre-production logistics: moodboard development, model sourcing and casting, location scouting, wardrobe and prop curation. For video, hooks, angles, and storyline formats are developed for each of the 5 concepts. Simultaneously, we build the ad creative brief — informed by the research from Phase 01 — so you're reviewing strategy and shoot pre-production together in one consolidated review.
Client Checkpoint 1 of 3 — Pre-Production & Ad Creative Brief
You'll review and approve the full pre-production package — moodboard, model selects, location options, wardrobe direction — alongside the ad creative brief covering proposed hooks, headline copy, and concept directions. You can add inspiration, redirect concepts, or flag anything before we book or build. Nothing is confirmed without your sign-off.
Creators are sourced and vetted against the persona research from Phase 01 — matched to your target buyer, not just your category. Each creator is evaluated for content quality, audience fit, and on-camera authenticity. Scripted concepts for all 10 videos are developed with defined hooks, angles, and story formats tailored to each creator's style. UGC production runs on a 30–45 day timeline from contract date.
Client Checkpoint 2 of 3 — Creator Shortlist & Scripted Concepts
Before any creator is contracted, you'll review the full shortlist and approve, swap, or pass on any profile. You'll also review the scripted video concepts — hook, angle, and messaging — and provide input before filming begins. No creator is booked and no script is finalized without your sign-off.
An 8-hour production day capturing both lifestyle photography and video footage in a single efficient shoot. Professional styling and on-set art direction managed by Sweep throughout. High-resolution 66-megapixel capture for photography; vertical-first video capture for all 5 concepts across multiple angles and takes. All logistics confirmed in Phase 02.
All four workstreams move into post simultaneously. Photography selects are color corrected and retouched. Lifestyle videos are edited with music, captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and AI voiceover. Ad creatives are designed and built across all formats with unique Meta IDs. UGC raw files are reviewed for quality and brief compliance before final delivery.
All completed assets are delivered for your review via a shared drive, organized by workstream. Revisions are scoped per workstream: ad creative includes two full rounds on both static and video ads. UGC includes one round, allowing for feedback on performance, tone, or brief alignment before final delivery.
Client Checkpoint 3 of 3 — All Final Assets
Full review of all creative across every workstream. Feedback is organized by workstream and addressed within defined revision rounds. Photography and video revisions are handled in one consolidated round.
All final assets delivered in their respective formats, organized and named for immediate upload into Meta Ads Manager and other platforms. Full usage and licensing rights across every file — paid and organic, any channel, no expiration.
Research before pixels
Every asset is backed by buyer research. We don't start designing or editing until hooks, angles, and messaging are grounded in what we've learned and reviewed with you.
You approve before we book
Creators, models, locations, and concepts — nothing is contracted or confirmed until you've seen it and signed off.
Problem-aware creative
We write to buyers who know they have a problem but don't know you exist yet. That's the hardest creative to get right — and the most valuable when it works.
Clean performance data
Every ad ships with a distinct Meta ID. No duplicate creative IDs means clean data at the asset level and a foundation for real creative iteration.
Full rights, no asterisks
Every asset — photography, video, UGC, ads — comes with full licensing rights for paid and organic use across any channel, no expiration.
One shoot, full output
Photography and video are captured in a single 8-hour production day. Maximum creative output, minimum coordination overhead.
